What sets our Crawl Space Mold Removal crew apart in Highlands.
Standard remediation gear doesn't always fit a crawl space — ours is built for it. We photograph crawl space conditions before and after so you have a visual record.
A properly sealed vapor barrier blocks ground moisture from evaporating up into the crawl space air. Our Highlands equipment is rated for the humidity and tight clearance these spaces demand.
Standing water or poor drainage in a crawl space gets addressed alongside the mold, not ignored. We photograph crawl space conditions before and after so you have a visual record.
A treated crawl space with unresolved humidity is a job waiting to repeat itself. Our Highlands equipment is rated for the humidity and tight clearance these spaces demand.
Every Highlands job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
Heavy-duty polyethylene sheeting gets sealed across the entire crawl space floor and up the foundation walls.
Standing water in a crawl space needs an exit route, whether that's a new sump pump or corrected grading outside.
For chronic humidity problems, full encapsulation seals the entire space — floor, walls, and vents — into a controlled environment.
Exposed floor joists and subfloor wood get HEPA-vacuumed and treated with an antimicrobial suited for structural lumber.
We'll assess whether your crawl space should stay vented or convert to a sealed, conditioned design.
Some Highlands clients schedule an annual crawl space check as cheap insurance against round two.
